A butter ball python? In the UK we call those Ball or Rock pythons too. Same snake though. She sounds like a cute girl.
I let mine slither around the house at will. Now she's staying at my mate's house since I got thrown out of my family home. My parents were just fucking assholes to me. It's just my mum at home now since my old man is doing time inside. Whatever. The bands are my family now.

Papa jokes a lot that I take after Uncle Sasuke. He breeds snakes as a hobby. When I was a kid, getting to see him and help take care of the snakes was, hands down, the best part of going to Japan. They never once let me take one home with me, though.
Rock python is used here in the UK as much as ball python.

I've had loads of snakes and I've been thinking of getting a Chile Rose tarantula soon once I get back to the UK.

Mostly ball pythons and rat snakes, sometimes some Burmese pythons. He’s licensed and everything. It’s legit.

(I didn’t get her from my uncle, though. I would have liked to! But I had to get her stateside. Transporting animals from one country to another has a lot of weird rules where I’m from.)

Viktor nodded. Meeting Minoru's reptiles might be fun since the punk needed to experience more of life outside of the tour and making new friends was something he could do with since he had a hard time most of his life being shunned by most.
"I could bring over some rats for her if you want? I've got a shit load in my freezer back home."
"A snake playdate? I suppose it's something like that. More a meet-up to show off our fucking epic reptiles. Better than a boring cat or dog."
Viktor viewed it this way because he preferred snakes and arachnids to fluffy animals. Who needed a cat or a dog when you could have a huge python or hairy-legged spider? Those were much better.

Viktor didn't want to go into why because it was all to do with him leaving home, or getting kicked out, for being a delinquent punk kid who lit too many fires. His old man banged up for ten years in prison and his mum? Well, he hadn't seen her in months. Just phone calls now and then.
